i was really excited about this one shirt i bought so here's a post for it
during hurricane harvey, i found out that the ptvmerch site (merch site for pierce the veil- my favorite band) was selling a "texas is forever" shirt which made me wonder if it was bc of hurricane harvey or bc ptv has a song called "texas is forever" (it was both). the donations would go to help hurricane harvey efforts & you know, i'm in texas, tryna get some texas shirts & this one is from my favorite band so how cool is that??? plus it was only $18, compared to the usual $20+ of merch shirts, so i convinced myself to buy it- even when plus shipping made it out to be $21 ("it's for a good cause" i told myself)
it said it wouldn't ship until september 15 & by then hurricane harvey was over but i was still excited af to get it. when i finally did, i saw that it was a little big (as it always is w an unisex adult small) so today, when i finally decided to wear it, i had to tuck it in. even tho i hate tucking in my shirts, i gotta admit, some things just look 100% better when you tuck them
also i was excited bc this shirt is red & white which would match my (new-ish) red & white vans & bright red "saigon" matte lipstick perfectly
