Emotion and feelings both the terms are very much crucial in our life. Most probably people with soft heart are always taking the support of emotions and feelings instead of people with practical thoughts. Therefore it is really essential to take very good care of our emotional intelligence; otherwise are suffering from emotional issues; I would like to take some positive lessons from here regarding how to understand emotional intelligence.
