did brand identity for american airlines






HOUSEWARE DESIGN:
stackable, simple, democratic
americans complained bc coffee would spill down handle
(italians have less coffee in cups)
later iteration of vignelli cups- steven heller
for "sloppy americans"

took the dome in venice & turned it upside down to create glassware set
shows national identity
dome that inspired the glassware^
